Basic Information

CMS series are designed for stirring and blending of powders and fine-grained materials with a stationary container mixers.It has the features of homogeneous blending, short mixing cycle, low heat-efficiency, no leaking powders because of special sealed materials in mixer shaft, and reliable quality, which is applicable to the industries like powder coating, pharmacy, food, dye, plastic, and building materials, etc.

Principle
After upload the formula materials from head hole or opening the hopper cap, materials rise along the the inner wall of the container with the stirring of stir paddle, and goes down at the center, which move by turbulent rotating under the function of the high-speed shearing action, shearing the chips and massive object, meanwhile does destroy to the rotary movement formed by stir paddles.They have the counteraction and penetrations to reach the perfect mixing results within few minutes.
